We have developed three PULSE Dashboard report tabs for top managers. These report tabs are designed to be customized to meet your top management’s unique reporting needs. All reports offer drill-down to view the underlying details. Reports can be modified or removed to meet your individual needs. Instructions for importing these tabs into your dashboard are included at the end of this post.
Management Overview Tab
These reports provide an overview of customer orders, sales, and accounts receivable aging.
Management Inventory Overview Tab
These reports provide inventory status, inventory exceptions, inventory aging, inventory turns, and monthly sales analysis.
Management Summary Tab
This tab provides an overview of the flow of customer orders received and shipped. Additionally, it provides balances for key accounts as well as accounts receivable and accounts payable aging. They also give the aging of your customer orders and purchase orders. Some customers use this information for sales forecasting.
Instruction for importing a customer Dashboard tab:
Save the three attached files to your desktop. Then, use the following instructions to import the tab files.
- 1. To import a new tab, click on the down arrow next to the + tab.
- 2. Select the option called “Load From File”
- 3. Use the Explorer window to select the “ptab” file name.
- 4. The new tab will now appear on your screen.
